1. TOTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

2. CIVIL & STRUCTURAL CONSULTANCY

8. BUILDING CONTROL & COMPLIANCE
- Advise clients on building layout planning before any renovation, additional and alteration work start.
- Prepare drawing, submit plans and building regulations applications for existing buildings and refurbishment projects to the local authority.

9. EXPERT WITNESS
- Disputes may arise where the parties are unable to reach a suitable agreement and they, therefore, need to either independently or jointly appoint a professional to provide expert opinion, used as reference or evidence assist in establishing facts and identify issues that will require decisions by the court.
