UNDERGROUND MAPPING

Underground utility mapping is a survey done using the geophysical techniques to create a digital representation of what objects are buried under ground. Utility maps are important any time you are breaking ground as they show accurate positions of the buried utilities you will encounter. It also helps to prevent digging into or damaging any utilities that may cause harm to the public or your workforce.

The use of sophisticated proprietary data acquisition and post-processing software allows for the determination of buried routes or positions of: Power cables, Telecommunication lines, Metallic and non-metallic pipes and buried objects (such as underground storage tanks). K&P Cove able to delivery the data to clients in hardcopy colour plans and digital data in Autocad format.
